SecuriCare Medical is an award-winning stoma care service providing a free home delivery service, specialist stoma care nursing and a careline for advice and free samples.

Problem:

A cumbersome content management system meant Securicare Medical had allowed their previous site to date. Whilst the system was quite extensive, and although personnel had received training, in practice it was too difficult to use.

Solution:

After analysis, it was decided that a fresh start design would best suit Securicare's needs. Although some areas of the site did need to be content managed, it was agreed that producing the majority of the site as regular web pages was not only more cost effective but also allowed for a greater flexibility. By redesigning the site from the user's point of view, the conversion rate would be significantly improved. The result is a stylish site that has regular updates and uses various multimedia elements to greatly improve the visitor experience and ultimately provide higher conversion rates.
