UKT Racing
UKT Racing is a UK truck racing team. The team places a high priority on sponsorship. Urban Media sponsor the team and therefore it was particularly important that the site demonstrated the quality of Urban Media’s work.
Problem:
UKT Racing is just one of 22 teams within the Delphi British Truck Racing Championship. Sponsored by Urban Media, it was vital that the site has a lot of interactivity to demonstrate the abilities of Urban Media. At the same time, it was important not to lose sight of the site's requirement to provide regular updates and reasons for fans. Sponsors would be provided regular news through email marketing; however, since their brands would be displayed on the site and they would be linking to the site, news had to be updated rapidly following key events.
Solution:
Urban Media used various devices to provide ever-changing content and reasons to return, including a count down to next race function , automatic photo rotation with regular updating, and downloads for fans to customize their own desktops and increase team loyalty.
