Cherwell Windows are an independent, family run business that supply and install a range of high-end windows and doors in timber, timber alternatives and other materials. They have significant growth ambitions and aspire to be the ‘John Lewis’ of windows and doors, known for superior quality and service.
As a business wanting to step up to the next level, Cherwell needed profit-generating leads from their PPC campaign. Whilst their previous campaign was generating leads, these were not as profitable as they needed to be. The cost per conversion was far too high for a campaign of that nature and the number of leads generated was too low.
Before any PPC activity was undertaken the following questions were considered; How could Urban Media make Cherwell’s lead generation more profitable? How could their cost per conversion be reduced? How could the number of quality leads be increased?
Urban Media conducted the PPC and SEO campaigns in a coordinated way. This allowed the PPC campaign to add more of a flexible approach than the SEO as well as targeting specific products and locations. There was a focus on the higher end of the market which repositioned Cherwell as a luxury lifestyle brand. By actively managing the ads and identifying the ads that performed well (conversions, not just clicks) the performance was continuously improved. The ads were always directed to a page that emphasised the message.
